1. Overview and Acceptance

These Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration, attendance, and participation in the Cumilla Innovation Minds 2026: AI Impact on Online Professionals conference and meetup ("Event"). By registering, purchasing a ticket, or attending the Event in person or virtually, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Code of Conduct.

2. Registration, Tickets, and Check-In

• Eligibility: The Event is organized for online professionals, freelancers, software engineers, content creators, digital marketers, agency owners, and tech students.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Badges and Access: Event badges or digital passes are personal and non-transferable without prior written notification to the organizing team. Attendees must display their official badge or check-in confirmation at all times within the event venue.
• Admission Rights: The organizing committee reserves the right to deny admission or revoke access to anyone who fails to comply with event policies.

3. Schedule, Speakers, and Session Changes

While we endeavor to deliver the announced program, session topics, keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshop timings, and venue layouts are subject to reasonable modifications or substitutions due to unforeseen logistical constraints, speaker availability, or technical requirements.

4. Photography, Audio, and Video Recording

By attending Cumilla Innovation Minds, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, recorded on video, or included in event live streams and post-event recap media. Cumilla Innovation Minds reserves the right to use such media for promotional, educational, recap, and archival purposes across official websites, social media channels, and community publications without compensation.

Attendees are welcome to capture photos and short non-commercial video clips for personal and professional social media, provided it does not disrupt sessions, speakers, or other participants.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

All presentation materials, slides, code samples, graphics, and trademarks shared during the Event remain the intellectual property of their respective creators, speakers, or companies. Attendees may not republish, sell, or distribute full presentation materials without explicit consent from the author.

6. Safety, Security, and Personal Belongings

Attendees are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings (including laptops, smartphones, and camera gear) throughout the venue. Cumilla Innovation Minds and the host venue assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Event and all shared insights, AI workflows, career tips, and technical guidance are provided for informational and educational purposes. Cumilla Innovation Minds makes no express or implied guarantees regarding individual business outcomes, earnings, or career placements resulting from attendance.
